A crown covers a damaged, root-treated or discoloured tooth, or sits on top of an implant. We use only metal-free materials: zirconia for strength in the back of the mouth, and lithium disilicate (E.max) where translucency and beauty matter most.
Your teeth are scanned digitally and the crowns are designed and milled with CAD/CAM technology. That means an accurate fit, no grey line at the gum, and a shade matched to your other teeth.

Zirconia or E.max: which should I choose?
Zirconia is the strongest choice for molars and bridges. E.max is more translucent and ideal for front teeth. Many patients have both.
How long do crowns last?
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, 15 years or more is common.
Can you replace my old crowns?
Yes. We remove old metal-ceramic crowns, check the teeth underneath and replace them with metal-free ones.
