A complete set of fixed teeth on just four or six implants.
All-on-4 and All-on-6 replace a full upper or lower arch of teeth with a fixed bridge anchored on four or six implants. It is the answer for patients who have lost most of their teeth or are tired of removable dentures.
The back implants are placed at an angle to make the most of the available bone, which often avoids bone grafting. In most cases you leave the first visit with fixed temporary teeth, then return for the final zirconia bridge once the implants have healed.

How the treatment works
3D planning
CBCT scan and digital design of your new arch and implant positions.
Surgery day
Any remaining failing teeth are removed and the 4 or 6 implants are placed.
Fixed temporary teeth
Within a few days, a fixed temporary bridge is screwed onto the implants.
Final zirconia bridge
After 3–6 months, your final bridge is fitted and adjusted to your bite.

Six implants spread the load more widely and are often preferred for the upper jaw. Four are enough in many lower jaws. We recommend one after seeing your CBCT scan.
Can I eat normally with the temporary bridge?
You can eat soft foods from the first days. We give you a simple diet guide for the healing months.
How do I clean a full-arch bridge?
With a toothbrush, interdental brushes and a water flosser. A professional cleaning once or twice a year keeps it in good condition.
